As of 1 January 2019, The Acorn Centre's fees have changed.
The Acorn Centre aims to keep costs as low as possible so we can make our services accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Each session costs £20.00, which reflects the basic costs of providing our service but assistance with the fee may be available for those who need it (see below). The £20.00 fee includes room hire, supervision for the counsellor, insurance and basic administration costs.
Our service is provided by volunteers who have all attained or are near completion of their Level 4 Diplomas in Therapeutic Counselling and receive regular ongoing support and supervision.
